Shipping & Returns



We currently ship exclusively to the United States of America. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain States or Territories.

To keep things simple for our customers, we offer FREE shipping on all items in our store. With the exception of sales tax on some orders, at GETLOWERS.COM, the price you see on the product page is the price you pay. No backend shenanigans on the cost of shipping like you see on many other sites.

On some products we may offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee for customers who want their shipment expedited.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return label costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We offer shipping protection by Route. Route insurance is enabled by default, and may be disabled during checkout if no insurance coverage is required. GETLOWERS.COM is not liable for any Loss, Damage or Theft for any orders where insurance has been declined by the customer.
